Repair any car for free:
Just bring your car to where you store, park in the garage and save your game.
After saving back to your car and it is fully repaired.
Staunton Island Advance:
To advance from Portland to Staunton Island prematurely, go to the subway.
The subway should be closed off at he bottom of the stairs.
Take the car down the stairs and either crash it or park so that the door is right next to the door of the subway.
When you open the door to get out you will step out and through the gate closed off. Then go to the subway and train.
This will take you to Staunton Island. It is difficult to get your car into the ground near the gate but it is possible.
Go to Prison on Level 2:
At level 2 Selecting a very fast car (Farriar gt) (Cop Car) and drive as fast as possible down to the bridge leading to the prison, jump off a bridge on your speed up and veer to the left, once up on the wall you jump out of the your car real quick before it falls into the river.
Follow the wall around to the left, you will see a staircase leading to the prison (this must be tested in a few) but once inside I find it funny to kill unarmed prisoners ..
Get free gunfire: Go to ammo-nation store and after you buy a gun walked into the officer and tried to steer a gun at him the best as you can you can target him, kill him, he shoots back so do it quickly and after you kill him walked to the counter and you will get a rifle.

Yardie Lobo Shocks:
In Staunton Island you can jack the Yardie Lobo, when you speed up and slow down the decline and the lower shocks naturally, but if you use the right analog stick up and down suspension in whatever direction you push it.
You can actually roll the car from the stop position, try it fun. Oh yes, you do not need to save it to your garage to repair your car, just backwards once the door is closed then get to open and close your car will be repaired.
Lots of cash:
For this to work you need two memory cards with a little money in the second and a pretty good car worth about 1.0000 (no problem though).

The car was completely duplicates so if you do it five times you'll have five of them from the car and never spend a penny but you still have a car that sells and repeat as many times as you want.
But keep one in case you like.
Get tank: All you need is about 15 rockets and 15 grenades and some armor.
Get a great truck once you get the things mentioned above and go to the third level of the airport.
Get two stars so the police will follow you into the back of the airport.
Go to the Helipad with the police helicopter and get on it.
Throw a grenade to destroy the police that will come below.

When you see ROCKSTER a billboard, there are usually some items nearby. In the 3 islands, hidden packages are usually found near the billboards.
For every 10 hidden packages you find, you get access to a new weapon located at your hideout, free of charge.
Police Bribery:
Get 45 kills in vigilante mode to unlock a police bribe available at your hideout.
Easy "infinite" Run:
To proceed quickly without fatigue, just TAP x instead of holding it down.
